Embed a Calculator on Your Site

Add a free, no-signup time card calculator to your website with one snippet. No account, no fee, nothing sent to us.

If you run a payroll blog, a small business site, a union or association page, or anything else where visitors ask "how many hours did I work," you can drop our time card calculator straight onto your page. It is free, it needs no account, and nothing your visitors type leaves their browser.

This is exactly what your visitors would see, at whatever width you give it:

Add it to your site

Paste this where you want the calculator to appear. The small script resizes the box to fit the calculator, so it never gets cut off or leaves blank space.

<iframe id="centsum-embed-time-card"
  src="https://centsum.com/embed/time-card-calculator/"
  title="Time Card Calculator by CentSum"
  style="width:100%;border:0;min-height:640px" loading="lazy"></iframe>
<script>
  window.addEventListener('message', function (e) {
    if (!e.data || e.data.source !== 'centsum-embed') return;
    var f = document.getElementById('centsum-embed-time-card');
    if (f && e.data.height) f.style.height = e.data.height + 'px';
  });
</script>

What it is, in plain terms

  • A plain HTML <iframe>, no plugin, no build step, works on WordPress (in an HTML block), Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or a hand-written page.
  • All the arithmetic happens in the visitor's own browser. We do not receive what anyone types, and we do not track which sites use it.
  • A small "Powered by CentSum" credit stays inside the box. That credit is how we can keep offering this for free.

More calculators

Right now only the time card calculator is available this way. If your readers would use another one from our full list, let us know and we'll consider adding it.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. No account, no fee, no link back required (though a credit link is appreciated and is built into the widget by default).

Does it collect any data from my visitors?

No. The calculator runs entirely in the visitor’s browser. Nothing they type is sent to us or to you, and we do not track who embeds it or where.

Can I change the colors or remove the credit link?

Not at the moment. The widget is a plain, unstyled iframe so it works on any site, and the small credit line is how we keep this free to offer. If you want a different calculator embedded, tell us.

Why does it need that small script?

An iframe does not know how tall its own content is, so without the script the calculator would be cut off or leave blank space. The script only reads a height number the widget sends and resizes the iframe to fit; it does not read or send anything else.

Can this break or change without notice?

We may improve the calculator inside the widget over time (bug fixes, small feature additions), but the address and the way it reports its height will stay the same, so your embed keeps working.
